We've recently updated to a new system for handling our support requests and information for Embrilliance Embroidery Software.
The Embrilliance Support Center includes many new tools to help you find answers to your Embrilliance questions, contact the Embrilliance support team, and view your Support history.
Finding Answers to your Embrilliance Questions
From the Main Menu, you'll see categories under which we've stored articles answering questions about Embrilliance and showing important updates like this one. In the FAQ category, our most frequently asked questions and useful tips will be continually added to and updated. Beneath the categories, you'll see the latest publishes articles. The search bar at the top of the main page will allow you to search the articles in all categories.
Submitting a Request (Ticket)
You don't have to be logged in to submit a request or 'ticket'. Simply look to the upper right hand corner of the Support Center, you'll find the 'Submit a Request' link. This takes you to a form that directly submits a ticket to the Embrilliance Support Team.
Changing Profile Information and Viewing your Tickets
If you are not logged in, you'll see a 'Sign In' link in the far upper right hand corner. If you have already gotten a password, you can sign in directly.
Getting a Password
If you have already submitted a ticket, but have never been sent a password, you need to request a password before you can log in to see your ticket status and history.
Click the 'Get a Password' link (highlighted in the image below) in the window that pops up when you click 'Sign In'.
You will then be presented with a window asking for your email address. Please use the same address you used when submitting your tickets in order to connect your account to your existing history.
You will receive a confirmation email at the address you used. Once you are confirmed you can log in and view your history.
Viewing your Ticket History / Managing Profile Information
If you are logged in, you'll see a link to your account information and can click your name for further options.
The first option, 'My Activities' lets you view your ticket history. The second option enables you to edit you profile information, and the last will allow you to change your password.
