Please use our Downloads page, linked at the top of the site to get the current version. It is the second title down the page, so you may have to scroll a little to get it.
I believe if you reset Thumbnailer the problem will be solved. Just be sure that after installing you have restarted the computer, then follow the steps below which seem to solve this every time we've run across it.

Please follow these steps:
1. Open the Thumbnailer Control Panel from the Desktop shortcut named Thumbnailer.
2. Click the 'Reset Links' button.
In the Reset Links Panel

3. Click the Select All button.
4. Click "Clear double click program settings" check box.
5. Click "Files inside .ZIPS" check box.
6. Click the OK button.
Back in the Control Panel
-------------------
7. Click the Select All button.
8. Click the OK button.
Lastly, be sure to set your View to be one that will cause Windows Explorer to display Thumbnails or Icons. For Windows XP choose Thumbnails from the View Menu. For Window 7 , Vista and 8 use the View Control in the Toolbar to select an Icon Size.
