Do you need support for your Embrilliance program? Are you looking for educationa materials? Well, look no more. Check out the information below:
1. Under the Downloads link we have in addition to the current versions of our software programs, there are links to the manuals in PDF format. We have them for each operating system and they are updated to include the most current version of the programs.
2. In the program we have incorporated the information from the manual for easy searching. If you go to the Help menu and choose Help you can then click on Search and type in what you are looking for information on - thread charts, lettering spacing, stitch editing for example. Its best to use short search strings unless you are looking for a specific program message.
3. We have hours of videos on our Embrilliance youtube channel - each program has a playlist so you can watch videos showing how each of the programs work.
4. In the left column on our website we have a link to Videos. In addition to those on our website, we also have a youtube channel that we are adding to. If you subscribe to the channel on youtube you will be notified when we post new videos. We also try to make a post on our Facebook page and User's Forum
5. We also have http://facebook.com/embrilliance which you can view even if you're not on Facebook. If you are on Facebook, there are a couple of user communities that have sprung up; 'Brilliant Embrilliance Embroidery' and 'StitchArtist Digitizing Fans'. These are "private" groups which you ask to join (it keeps down advertising). Be sure to answer the questions for each group that you ask to join so that they know you are not a spammer :-). These group members share tips, tricks, project photos and occasion sales of vendors. The StitchArtist group also has a Units section which are extra videos done by members sharing their knowledge.
6. Another valuable resource on our website is our User's Forum. Each of our programs has its own section where you can read and research thru the archives and communicate with other user's to share what you are doing in the programs and see what they are up to. You may want to check out the tips and tricks sections for mini lessons that have been posted over the past year. They are a very friendly bunch and the interaction is growing. To get the most from the User's Forum it is best to login so that you can post questions and comments - we created a short video showing you how to get the most from the User's Forum:

Please remember that If you get stuck and can't find the answers to your questions, you may use this Contact Us link and we will help you find the resolution. This is how most of the tips and tricks came to be in the User's Forum which is why we suggest that you check it out.
