If you have a serial number for one of the Embrilliance Platform products, such as Essentials, Enthusiast, AlphaTricks, Density Repair Kit, StitchArtist or one of the Font collections, unlocking it's features in the platform by adding a serial number is easy.
Go to the menu Help > Serial Numbers.
Below is the window you will see upon clicking the Serial Numbers option.
In the upper text area, you can type or paste in your serial number. Remember to have no spaces and use appropriate dashes. Once you've pasted or typed in your serial number, press the Enter key or click Set to enable the program features.
You should see the new serial number in the list below the text entry area. Close the window and the program will tell you to restart it. (Not the computer, just the program.)
When the program is next run, it will use the new serial number(s) you added and features from the programs they unlock will be enabled. If you want to ensure that you have properly added a serial number, you can always use the same menu options to see this window and view the list of current serial numbers.
Remember, some products require additional BX installer files to install all of the necessary assets. Merrowly, for instance, has a library of designs and fonts that require installation of a separate BX file as well as adding your serial to the Embrilliance Platform. Also, remember that not all Embrilliance products run in the Platform - for example: Thumbnailer is a separate program with it's own installation file that must be run separate from the platform installer. Once you install it, run the Thumbnailer app and it will ask for a serial number.
You will find current installers and BX files for all programs on the Embrilliance Downloads page.
